Responsibilities:

This position is a behind the scenes type of role. If you like to work by yourself and love checklist list, this job is for you. Things like putting away truck daily, organize stock area, washing dishes, filleting chicken, cleaning floors, boiling out fryers, taking out trash and any other non-operational task that allows the kitchen to focus on taking care of the guest so they don't have to stop for these task. This is labor intensive work. You need to be able to climb ladders, bend, squat, reach over your head, scrub floors and lift up to 60 pounds daily.

Schedule:  Monday-Friday 6am-2pm
